Official Rules – Ultimate LSU Game Day Experience Giveaway
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
This giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Geaux Time Getaway LLC ("Sponsor").
2. Giveaway Description
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the Ultimate LSU Game Day Experience, which includes:
• A two (2) night stay at Geaux Time Getaway
◦ Check-In: Friday, October 2, 2026
◦ Check-Out: Sunday, October 4, 2026
• Four (4) tickets to the LSU vs. McNeese State football game on Saturday, October 3, 2026.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): Determined by Sponsor.
The prize includes only those items specifically listed above.
The winner is solely responsible for all other expenses, including but not limited to transportation, airfare, fuel, parking, meals, beverages, souvenirs, incidental expenses, and any other costs not expressly included.
3. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who:
• Are twenty-five (25) years of age or older at the time of entry;
• Are legally able to enter into a vacation rental agreement; and
• Agree to comply with all Official Rules and the Geaux Time Getaway Rental Agreement.
Employees, owners, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Geaux Time Getaway LLC are not eligible.
Void where prohibited by law.
4. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM Central Time on July 11, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on September 4, 2026.
Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
5. How to Enter
Participants may enter by completing the official giveaway entry form on the Geaux Time Getaway website.
Limit one (1) website entry per person.
Duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, or automated entries will be disqualified.
Bonus Entry
Participants may receive one (1) additional bonus entry by completing all of the following:
• Like Geaux Time Getaway on social media;
• Share the official giveaway post; and
• Tag three (3) friends in the comments.
Bonus entries are subject to verification by Sponsor.
6. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries.
The drawing will occur on September 5, 2026.
Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
The winner will be contacted using the information submitted with the entry.
If the selected winner:
• Cannot be contacted;
• Does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours;
• Is found to be ineligible;
• Declines the prize; or
• Fails to complete required documentation,
Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
7. Prize Conditions
The prize:
• Has no cash value.
• Is non-transferable.
• May not be sold, assigned, auctioned, or exchanged.
• May not be substituted except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
The winner must personally occupy the property during the stay and must be one of the registered guests.
The reservation may not be transferred to another individual.
The maximum number of overnight guests may not exceed the property's posted occupancy limit, regardless of the number of football tickets included in the prize.
8. Rental Agreement & Security Deposit
Prior to check-in, the winner must:
• Execute the standard Geaux Time Getaway Rental Agreement;
• Provide a valid government-issued photo ID;
• Pay a refundable $800 security deposit.
The security deposit will be refunded on or about October 6, 2026, following inspection of the property and confirmation that there are:
• No damages;
• No excessive cleaning requirements;
• No missing items;
• No violations of house rules; and
• No unpaid charges.
The winner remains financially responsible for any damages, excessive cleaning, missing property, fines, or other charges that exceed the amount of the security deposit.
9. House Rules
The winner and all guests must comply with the Geaux Time Getaway Rental Agreement and House Rules.
Failure to comply may result in:
• Immediate termination of the stay;
• Removal from the property without refund;
• Forfeiture of the security deposit; and/or
• Additional charges as permitted under the Rental Agreement.
10. Marketing Communications & Privacy
By entering this Giveaway, participants consent to receive marketing communications from Geaux Time Getaway LLC, including promotional emails, newsletters, vacation specials, and future offers.
Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time after the Giveaway has concluded.
Personal information collected for this Giveaway will be used solely by Geaux Time Getaway LLC for administration of the Giveaway and future marketing communications.
Geaux Time Getaway LLC does not sell or share participant information with third parties, except as necessary to administer this Giveaway or as required by law.
By entering, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to the Geaux Time Getaway Privacy Policy.
11. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's permission for Geaux Time Getaway LLC to use the winner's name, city and state of residence, likeness, photographs, videos, and statements for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
12. Release of Liability
By participating, each entrant releases, waives, discharges, and agrees to hold harmless Geaux Time Getaway LLC, its owners, members, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors, assigns, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, injuries, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to:
• Participation in the Giveaway;
• Acceptance or use of the prize;
• Travel to or from the property;
• Attendance at the football game;
• Lodging at the property; or
• Any activity associated with the prize.
Participants acknowledge that travel, lodging, and attendance at sporting events involve inherent risks and voluntarily assume those risks.
Geaux Time Getaway LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the prize.
13. Ticket & Event Disclaimer
Geaux Time Getaway LLC is not responsible for:
• Game cancellations;
• Postponements;
• Schedule changes;
• Venue restrictions;
• Seating changes; or
• Any other circumstances beyond Sponsor's control.
If the football game is canceled, postponed, or materially changed, Sponsor shall have no obligation to provide replacement tickets, substitute prizes, or additional compensation.
14. Weather & Force Majeure
Sponsor shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, interruptions, or modifications caused by hurricanes, severe weather, flooding, acts of God, public health emergencies, government actions, utility outages, or any event beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the Giveaway if circumstances require.
15. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes resulting from acceptance of the prize.
Sponsor reserves the right to collect any information required for applicable tax reporting.
16. Fraud & Disqualification
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
• Uses multiple identities or email addresses;
• Uses bots, scripts, automated systems, or other fraudulent methods;
• Provides false information;
• Attempts to manipulate or interfere with the Giveaway; or
• Violates these Official Rules.
Sponsor's decisions regarding eligibility and winner selection are final.
17. Facebook Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook (Meta).
By entering, participants completely release Facebook from any liability related to this Giveaway.
18. LSU Disclaimer
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with Louisiana State University (LSU), LSU Athletics, the Southeastern Conference (SEC), or any of their respective affiliates, sponsors, or partners.
Any references to LSU or the football game are solely for identification of the prize being awarded.
19. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, computer viruses, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway.
Sponsor reserves the right to interpret these Official Rules and resolve any disputes in its sole discretion.
20. Governing Law
These Official Rules shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Louisiana.
Any disputes arising from this Giveaway shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located within Louisiana.
